Withdrawals at Kwikbet Kenya
M-Pesa remains the fastest withdrawal route for Kenyan players, with most payouts landing within 24 hours on verified accounts. This page covers every method available, the limits that apply, the steps to request a payout and the reasons a withdrawal might be delayed.
Withdraw WinningsAvailable withdrawal methods and current limits
All withdrawal methods below are available to players with a verified Kenyan account. Accounts that have not completed KYC are limited to withdrawals below 10,000 KES per transaction. Full verification requires a national ID or passport copy and typically completes within 4 to 6 hours on business days.
M-Pesa
The most used withdrawal method in Kenya. Funds are sent directly to your Safaricom number registered on the account. No fee charged by Kwikbet Kenya for M-Pesa withdrawals.
T-Kash
Available for players using Telkom Kenya numbers. Processing follows the same queue as M-Pesa withdrawals. Limits are slightly lower but the timeline is identical.
Equitel Money
For Equity Bank account holders using the Equitel SIM. Withdrawals route directly to the linked Equity account. Available during standard banking hours for same-day processing.
Bank transfer
Supports Kenyan banks including KCB, Equity Bank, Co-operative Bank and Standard Chartered Kenya. Higher limits apply but processing extends to 2 to 5 business days depending on the receiving bank.
How to request a withdrawal step by step
The process takes under 2 minutes for a standard M-Pesa withdrawal on a verified account. Bank transfers require the same steps but additional review time applies at the bank's end, not the platform's.
Log in and open the cashier
Go to your account menu and select Withdraw. The cashier displays your current withdrawable balance, which excludes any active bonus funds still subject to wagering requirements.
Select method and enter amount
Choose M-Pesa, T-Kash, Equitel or bank transfer. Enter the amount in KES. The cashier shows the minimum and maximum for your chosen method in real time. Amounts below 100 KES for mobile money or 500 KES for bank transfers are rejected at this stage.
Confirm and track
Submit the request. You receive an on-screen confirmation and an SMS to your registered number. Withdrawal status is visible in the transaction history section of your account. M-Pesa payments typically arrive within 1 to 4 hours during business hours; the full 24-hour window covers overnight and weekend requests.
Why withdrawals are delayed and how to resolve it
Most delays come down to one of three things: incomplete KYC, an active bonus with unmet wagering requirements, or a mismatch between the withdrawal phone number and the registered account number. All three are fixable and support can assist within the same session via live chat.
| Reason | What to do | Resolution time |
|---|---|---|
| KYC not completed | Upload national ID or passport via account settings | 4–6 hrs after upload |
| Active bonus wagering pending | Complete wagering or forfeit the bonus in account settings | Immediate after forfeit |
| Phone number mismatch | Contact support to update registered mobile number | 2–4 hrs with ID verification |
| Manual review flagged | Support will contact you via registered email within 24 hrs | Up to 48 hrs |
| Bank processing delay | No action needed; bank-side delays are outside platform control | Up to 5 business days |
Weekend and Kenyan public holiday withdrawal requests are processed in the same queue but bank-side settlements resume on the next business day. M-Pesa and mobile money payouts are not affected by public holidays since Safaricom processes these 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
